The PAREMPI project will be represented at the prestigious ETH Conference on Combustion Generated Nanoparticles, taking place from 17–19 June 2025 in Zurich, Switzerland.
As part of Session 5A: Emission and Emission Control of Combustion Engines (Aftertreatment), Anssi Arffman from Dekati Ltd. will present his PAREMPI paper titled:
“Aged emissions of passenger cars studied with an oxidation flow reactor (DOFR)”
This paper highlights how emissions evolve after leaving the tailpipe, offering insights into secondary aerosol formation under real-world conditions. The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of how emission control technologies perform beyond the vehicle, aligning with PAREMPI’s goals to improve air quality and reduce the health impacts of transport emissions.
The ETH Conference is a key event for scientists, industry experts, and policymakers working on combustion-related emissions and their control. PAREMPI is proud to be part of this important dialogue and to share innovative research on vehicle emissions and atmospheric processes.
Stay tuned for updates and follow us for more news from the conference.
