This deliverable, D3.1, Aerosol dynamics during exhaust dilution and cooling, describes the
methodology and results from gas-molecular cluster-aerosol dynamics simulations of vehicle
exhaust – investigating the processes/conditions that lead to new particle formation during
controlled dark (no photochemistry) exhaust dilution and cooling experiments.
