Lund University presents PAREMPI at TAP&SE conference

Pontus Roldin, researcher at the Lund University in Sweden, gave a presentation titled Secondary aerosol formation from real vehicle exhausts – Development of an equivalent total particle emission index module for air quality modelling applications during the 25th International Transport and Air Pollution and 3rd Shipping and Environment Conference which took place in Gothenburg, Sweden from 25 to 28 September 2023.

Pontus received a few questions directly in connection to the presentation mainly around the PAREMPI model framework and the way PAREMPI represents the ultrafine particle dynamics and secondary organic aerosol formation. The participants were also interested in how the model results will be used to assess the air pollution health impacts in Europe.
